For students interested in learning pranayama and meditation technics. Pranayama means control of vital energy or life force. 

This powerful course uses ancient, traditional teachings that increase the prana (vital energy) level in the body. Pranayama uses these breathing techniques to direct and expand the flow of prana through the energy channels in the body. 

Clean all the body cells and highly increase the lung’s capacity. In this course, we start with series of soft stretching Asanas followed by powerful yogic breathing (Pranayama) which helps to relax the body and mind. The Pranayama practice is followed by a short meditation.

Learn how to control and balance the high and lows of emotional imbalances. When practicing Pranayama, your body and mind become balanced. 

How does Pranayama affect meditation? You cannot do meditation until body, mind and emotions are in balanced. Through pranayama we prepare your body’s physical abilities and train the mind to fall into the meditative state.
