Sama means balance. This practice consists of deliberate and energising asanas, deep relaxation and special pranic breathing practices to achieve a balance between the body, mind and emotions. When regularly practiced one can feel both energized and relaxed. This class is recommended to beginners and anyone who wants a softer meditative class. 

Regular practice improves:

  • Flexibility and muscle joint mobility,
  • Overall strengthening of body and mind.

Recommended for beginner & intermediate students.
