Great your day with this balanced practice!  Cultivate mindfulness through conscious, flowing movement linked with breath.  Creative sequences highlight safe alignment, as well as promoting strength and balance.  Designed to be rejuvenating and energizing, leaving you feeling ready to start your day with a deeper sense of your breath and awareness.  In addition to asana, pranayama and meditation are also woven into the class.
