Slow Flow

Slow flow is an all-level class that cultivates a strong body and a calm mind.  It is a series of sequenced asanas that tones the body, strengthens muscles and core to support health and wellness.  The asana flow is practiced more slowly and has static holds.  The practice connects breath with movement and includes sun salutations with fundamental standing and floor asanas to build heat and increase body awareness.
