This is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where you will move fluidly from one posture to the next while connecting your breath to movement.  It combines vinyasa flow yoga, resistance training, and cardio interval training. Think traditional yoga sequences incorporating hand weights to intensify each yoga pose. Then add in strength training exercises like lunges and push ups, paired with high intensity cardio intervals.
