Consider Beneficial Basics as an Intro 2.0. In this class, you will learn holds and tricks foundational to your pole journey: Jasmine and Genie.

This class is not a requirement, but is intended to provide you with foundational skills integral to participating in Climb & Spin with safety and confidence. Students can attend Climb & Spin, but are expected to have previous knowledge with these basic positions as instructors will not be using Climb & Spin class time to teach these positions.
