Barre class is inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. Barre focuses on low impact, high intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. Barre will help you build and strengthen your muscles, improve your balance, strengthen your core, and improve your posture along with increasing your flexibility. This class will torch every tiny muscle in your core, butt, arms, and legs that you didn’t know existed. Barre is very beginner friendly and adaptable to different skill sets and ability levels.
