POUND is a full body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming.  The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and isometric poses.  This class is designed for all fitness levels, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin' out!
