Hatha Yoga Flow with Anne

This uplifting yoga class incorporates traditional Hatha Yoga postures, including sun salutations to warm up, whole body strengthening, balancing and long-held stretches that will create better joint health and mobility. As a more traditional yoga class, you will also practice various breath exercises that have been shown to create more vitality and focus. This class is for Yoga practitioners of all levels although some degree of physical fitness getting up and down from the floor to standing is recommended.
