Yoga through the Holidays (and beyond) - a great way to balance the hectic pace, late nights, rich food and all the stress.

Join us for some boundary setting, stress relieving, soul repairing, and body engaging yoga to prepare you for the holidays, get you through them and to keep you on track after it is all over.

This yoga class will continue to explore the postures as we work to build strength, balance, and flexibility.  The class will help to discover a better understanding of yoga and how your yoga practice can help you create your own moving meditation, finding calmness in hectic days.

Sign up for an 8-week series: ($99 for 8 weeks) or $20 drop-in
