Come enjoy a two part yoga class paired with inspiration/education on how to live your best and most joy-infused life. We will be covering topics on mindfulness/meditation, using essential oils in daily life for health and well-being, building self-compassion, identifying your deepest desires in life, self and soul-care techniques and healthy lifestyle choices. Each class will include a yoga practice, and will incorporate a topic discussion from the list above paired with essential oils and Thai massage.
