She has several Pilates comprehensive (all apparatus) certifications: 500hr Balanced Body Pilates Teacher Training, 500hr Mindful Movement Pilates Teacher Training, 500hr The Pilates Center Classical Pilates Bridge Teacher Training. She also obtained the extensive Breathe Edu Clinical Pilates year long diploma.
