Ease into Iyengar Yoga (Multi-Level)
This class provides the foundational tools to build a life long yoga practice and is taught at a pace where students can deepen into a pose, fine tune their alignment and gain greater awareness. 
 Students will practice a carefully designed sequence based on traditional poses and will be given modifications depending on their level.   Iyengar Yoga emphasizes correct alignment of all parts of the body within each yoga pose.   With an emphasis on classical yoga postures, these classes cultivate strength, flexibility, stamina, balance, concentration,   No experience necessary.  Suitable for all levels including those with injuries and/or other chronic conditions, as well as women who are pregnant.
