The Hit and Run class is an energizing blend of strength training 💪 and interval running 🏃‍♂️💨, designed to push your limits and maximize your athletic performance. 
In this class, you’ll alternate between high-intensity strength exercises using dumbbells 🏋️, barbells 🏋️‍♂️, and bodyweight movements, and intense running intervals 🏃‍♀️🔥.
