All Levels classes are open to all practitioners, both new and experienced. Sweat through a 75- or 90-minute sequence of postures that flow from one to the next, and leave you feeling invigorated. The room is heated to temperatures in the mid 90s, allowing for total body conditioning, pliable muscles, and a good sweat. This is no "one size fits all" practice—options are given to add or subtract intensity so you can tailor fit your practice to suit your needs.
