Duration: 1.5 hours

Whether you’re just starting out or have some grilling/BBQ experience, you will have a great time picking up additional tips to master the art of grilling. This class will focus on grilling techniques and how to evaluate the food you're planning to cook and what techniques to apply. What you’ll learn:

  1. Understanding the 7 Ts of Grilling

  2. Understanding various temperature zones

  3. Importance of pre-heating your grill 

  4. Understanding how to achieve juicy meats & seafood

  5. How to cook using reverse-sear method

  6. Understanding meat temperatures to achieve perfect doneness

  7. Importance of resting your meats and catering for carry over cooking

  8. How to slice your meats and plating your food for presentation

Dishes:
  1. Thick Cut Pork Chop with Apple Sauce

  2. Lemongrass Whole Seabass with Banana Leaf

  3. Soya Sauce Slow Roasted Chicken

The class will be conducted in a hands-on format and will include 30 minutes of dining time. Guests will work in pairs to prepare all the dishes listed.
