It is beneficial for people who are newer to the practice and seeking a solid starting point, as well as people who are working with limitations whether stemming from injuries &/or aging or other challenges. However do not be fooled, this class is also excellent for the experienced yogis, as Kathleen draws on her experience and knowledge of over 25 years of teaching to masterfully lead you through your practice helping you increase strength, balance and vitality.
