Explore the healing benefits of this 60 minute Yin Yoga class, designed to cultivate a balanced state of being, while increasing flexibility and focus. This is a very gentle, floor-based practice, and is accessible to all-bodies and all-levels. Postures are held for 3-5 minutes, with the support of props. This nurturing practice concludes with an extended gong bath, utilizing healing sound frequencies which help you experience a meditative and healing state.
