This 75-minute mindfully paced & accessible Vinyasa yoga class helps you ground, balance and access ease. Rooted in breath and the cultivation of loving kindness, you will be safely guided through intentional sequencing, helping you quiet the mind so you can feel better. All levels are welcome, modifications are offered to support your practice.
