Yin Yoga uses floor poses held for several minutes allowing these passive long holds to strengthen and hydrate crucial joint tissues..  
 
Using a slow and steady approach, Yin Yoga uses floor poses held in stillness allowing these passive long holds to strengthen and hydrate crucial joint tissues.
The Yin Yoga style exercise targets the body's connective tissues, ligaments, bones and tendons as well as myofascial a major but, often forgotten component of flexibility, mobility and strength.  Suitable for almost all levels of students. Not Suitable for injuries.


  1. Come into the pose to an appropriate depth
  2. Resolve to remain still
  3. Hold the pose for time
Remembering these three principles as you practice will simplify everything.
