If you are new to yoga this the class for you. All classes start with a breath meditation to calm and relax the mind before we begin our yoga class. We will then move between Hatha yoga which is more static poses focusing on alignment, muscle engagement and building strength and flow yoga practice where we will move with the breath continuously connecting each pose.
