3rd Eye Meditation Lounge - 1701 Toomey Rd

Come learn the science and application of various somatic practices that heal mind, body, heart, and spirit.  This class incorporates chanting, breathwork, meditation, and movement in order to bring balance back to your system.  Classes are slow, gentle, and easy with an emphasis on providing education around nervous system regulation.  My intention is to educate and empower people to be their own best guide, knower, and healer.

This class starts at 11:11am.

Shelley Clayton, DPT, RYT-500 is a licensed physical therapist and yoga therapist with a combined 16 years experience working both nationally and internationally in hospitals, medical research centers, public school systems, yoga studios, and private homes delivering a holistic approach to healthcare.  She has had extensive training in yoga philosophy and trauma therapy and understands the science and application of yoga in order to heal the individual’s mind, body, heart, and spirit.  She is passionate about educating the community  on the how and why of breath work, yoga, and meditation so that people can understand and use these tools to empower themselves on their own healing journey.  Most recently, she developed a body work and integration program based around the chakra system that invites people to go within to facilitate growth and expansion.  She believes that we all have an innate capacity to heal ourselves, we just need to be given the tools and the proper guidance and support.  You can connect with her through her Instagram at Shelley_Clayton or via email at [email protected]
