Restorative Yoga is a relaxing and nourishing practice suitable for anyone. We use bolsters, blocks, blankets, sandbags amongst other props to support and cradle your body to rest deeply. This is a very gentle, meditative and passive form of Yoga where we literally hack the nervous system to trigger the relaxation response.
