NB: This is the online course version which will be streamed via zoom in tandem with the live in studio event.

This is a course for Yoga beginners to do in the comfort of their own home. Sometimes students are a little apprehensive attending the studio and doing the course in their own environment can eliminate a lot or the worry around this. It will be streamed via Zoom alongside the in studio event.

The course is to teach beginners all the foundational yoga poses in order to feel comfortable and confident attending a general class at the studio. We show you all the basic poses, tips on how to get into the poses, how to modify if you have injuries as well as showing you how to use blocks, bolsters and other yoga props to help you get the most out of your practice.

Most people feel a little apprehensive about attending classes when they are starting out so it is important to remember that you are not alone.  Everyone attending will be a beginner so there is no need to worry.

These teachings will help you to familiarise yourself with all the most practiced poses as well as teaching you the basics of meditation and yogic breathing. Our aim is for you to enjoy your practice as well as reaping the benefits for your mental and physical well-being. We don’t take ourselves too seriously here so hopefully we will all have a little fun along the way.

Cost: $55 (in studio course is $75)
