This is a total-body strength training class designed to restore and reconnect with the core, glutes, and pelvic floor during your postpartum journey. We use various pieces of equipment, functional movement patterns, and low-impact cardio to strengthen your entire body!
Babies are welcome, but please keep in mind that workouts last 45 minutes and we do not have babysitters on hand. If your little one is active and needs to move around during class, please be prepared to take extra breaks to keep them close by. Please just bring your lovely selves, if possible, to get the full benefit of the workout.
Please bring a water bottle and a small towel ;)
