Full-body strengthening and cardio HIIT (high intensity interval training) classes using various specialized equipment.
  • Thorough demos and guided instruction.
  • Mobility drills and foam rolling instruction.
  • Welcoming and inclusive vibe. 

Please bring your water bottle and good sneakers.

Basic level of physical conditioning recommended.

Late Cancel/No Show Policy:
 Classes must be cancelled 2 hours before class start time in the Punchpass booking system. You will be charged $10 for a late cancel and $15 for a No Show.

Personal Belongings:
 You agree you will not hold Fresh Air Fitness responsible for any loss or damage to personal property left in the gym or locker room.
