The ground is thawing, the river flowing more everyday, there's birdsong on the breeze, and maybe you notice a spark of excitement for summer play and activity just around the corner. The natural world and its 4 elements (earth, water, fire, air) have so much to teach us about what it means to be whole! Join Ashley for an exploration of these 4 layers - physicality, fluidity, inspiration, and ideas. Through a blend of hatha and vinyasa yoga asana, meditation, breathwork, and visualization, we'll honor each quadrant of our beings and the innate connection we have to all things.
