We will see you IN the Studio.  Please wear your mask to your mat and from your mat.  

chair yoga a wonderful way to explore yoga with the support of a chair. All ages, all body types, all levels are welcome. It doesn’t say it’s easy ;-) We do standing poses (yes, your chair is right there for support) as well as seated asana’s, growing our awareness and strengthening our body, our balance and our flexibility.
