Jenna Pfingston loves to teach, Intro to Yoga! Join her for a 4 week series designed for souls new to yoga. Through this 4 week journey you will learn some of the basic postures of yoga, engaging more deeply with breath and an understanding of optimal alignment within the body. Yoga is an opportunity to engage deeper with life and, ‘discover the power of you!’ F.Y.I. This is a 4 week series with one free additional class at jalaBlu Yoga after the series is completed.
