Let's get grounded in the foundations of yoga. Explore the 'basic' postures of yoga with optimal alignment. This is a step up from Intro to Yoga and a great way to explore and expand your practice. We offer this class twice a week (Tuesday at 4:15pm and Thursday at 8:30am). Tuesday's class will have a twist of focusing on abdominal exercises to help strengthen our center and lower back.
