 In this class we will move through Asanas (physical postures) while exploring Pranayama (breathing exercises) in order to experience meditation within movement.  Through Exploration, Reflection and Movement the intention will be to let go of tension held in the body.   Claudia a certified massage therapist will also interweave self massage techniques.  A perfect class to end the evening.
