A traditional Hatha approach where postural alignment is the primary focus.  Expect a wide array of props and adaptations to be used so every body has the opportunity to experience the intended benefits from the postures.  

Postures will be artfully refined and held for long timings in an effort to balance strength with flexibility.

No previous yoga experience is needed and this class can be beneficial to those seeking restoration in their bodies through postures.
