Rekindle your connection of body mind and spirit through the movement of alignment focused vinyasa flow and into the realms of deeply nourishing yoga nidra. 

We will begin with strength enhancing asana sequences to ignite our bodies and breath and complete our practice with a guided meditation and yin posture to realign with our source energy. 

This class is designed to hone and integrate what you are becoming.
