Reiki, a form of energy healing, is an ancient practice used to reduce stress, improve health and quality of life, and support physical and emotional well-being. 

Based on the understanding that all conditions of imbalance are rooted in the human energy field, Reiki addresses underlying energetic patterns to create wellness and reconnect you with your ability to heal yourself, others, and animals

This training will empower you to use Reiki to reduce stress, relieve pain, balance emotions, and facilitate personal healing and spiritual growth.

Level 1 Training - Reiki to Heal Yourself

In this training we will: 

  • Learn the history of Reiki

  • Introduce the Chakra System 

  • Learn the initial Reiki symbol

  • Receive your Level 1 Reiki Attunement

  • Discuss rituals for grounding & protection 

  • Practice Reiki on yourself and others!

About your teacher: 
Amy Hardwick is a Reiki Master, Registered Yoga Teacher, Licensed Massage Therapist and Cerified Health and Wellness Coach. 
She brings over two decades of wellness work to her teaching and has been sharing Reiki with clients and students for nearly a decade. She is passionate about supporting others on their path to wellness.
