Join Katie in this unique offering of rhythmic, energetic vinyasa, connecting breath and movement, which is inspired from a blend of her studies over the years, especially in Shiva Rea’s Prana Vinyasa Yoga.


This vinyasa practice is an invitation for those who want to explore a deeper asana practice in the world of arm balances, inversions, backbending and more, in an intentional way.


Each class will be mindfully built around a family of peak asanas.


This class won’t move “fast” however previous yoga experience is recommended, as we won’t be spending too much time to break down the foundational postures, instead spending more time to learn and break down the peak asana, in a clear and detailed way.
