Cast aside the brush of your day and let the healing intelligence of your body emerge in this slow and deep practice.


This practice is about getting into your own skin and into the deep layers within your body in order to create an inner and outer environment of rest, rejuvenation and deep connection.


You’ll experience a blend of Yin yoga, which is a practice of deep long holds within supported, grounded postures, to move past the superficial layers and invite life, blood flow & flexibility back into the tissues and fascia nestled underneath the muscles.


In the spaces between you will be guided through intentional gentle flows to move and release the long holds.


The intention of this practice is to bring you back into the home ground of your body, to leave you feeling grounded, open, and refreshed!


All levels are welcome!
