Join Katie for a collective experience of movement, meditation and sound. 


This class is intended to leave you feeling connected and nourished on a physical and energetic level.

You can expect to move through a steady and mindful vinyasa practice, connecting breath to movement, a full body movement meditation. 

A long savasana will be accompanied with sound healing, using crystal bowls, gong, and more. 

This is an all levels practice. All are welcome to experience the healing benefits of yoga and sound vibrations. 


This class is an invitation to settle into softness and receptivity.
