This class is intended to leave you feeling connected and nourished on a physical and energetic level as we weave together several embodiment practices.
You can expect to move through a steady and mindful vinyasa practice, interwoven within that experience we may move through guided meditations and pranayama practices. Each class will be unique.
Every class will end with a sound journey which may use one or a combination of instruments such as, singing bowls, bells, chimes, drums, gongs and more!
