Start your Sunday with an intention of mental calm and physical awareness. This class will begin with a centered meditation.   An alignment based practice including balancing poses, linked postures (flow) and a reminder to return back to your foundation and center. This well rounded morning practice will lengthen and strengthen your body gifting you the feeling of peace and gratitude.
