Known for the millennia in India as Kriya Yoga, transformational breathwork is gaining popularity in the West as a means of processing emotion and accessing states of profound balance.  Join us for a brief Sojourn into Transformational Breathwork beginning with gentle yoga and culminating in Guided Meditation to calm the mind and life the spirit.  No prior breathwork experience necessary.
