The guided mediation of Yoga Nidra is accompanied by the sounds of an elk medicine drum, Earth gong, Thai gong and singing bowls. Combined, these powerful healing tools bring resiliency and balance to your nervous system so you can experience ease to move freely and see clearly in life.

Class begins with a seated pranayama practice then shifting into savasana, you rest for the remaining journey.
