Prana Vinyasa Yoga is the evolution of energetic vinyasa to realize and enhance the flow of our life.


A practice cultivated by Shiva Rea and the Samudra Global School of Living Yoga.

Prana Vinyasa is a creative approach to embodying the flow of yoga. 

This practice teaches energetic alignment and a connection to the breath wave to enable sustainable and evolutionary embodiment of asana in your body on the yoga mat and in the body of your life. 


This practice integrates the wisdom of the natural rhythm inside and outside of the body to awaken a connection to sacred inner flow. 


Every class is well rounded, following the mandala of the body and asanas – to create a whole body transformation of strength and fluidity, circulation and centering. Expect a practice that accommodates all levels while cultivating balance and vitality on and off the mat.
