Join Katie for a deeply meditative practice that invites slower outer and inner rhythms to support balance in all the systems of the body. 

You will be moved through a lunar practice which will include Yin Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama practices. Yin is a practice that addresses the body beyond the depth of the yang tissues of the body, allowing us the ability to move into the depths of the connective tissues: ligaments, bones, and joints. 

In a Yin practice postures are held for a long duration. Practitioners are encouraged to relax their muscles and settle into deeper connective tissue opening beyond what they are able to access in a more solar practice. Healing the psyche through the ground of the physical body.

These stillness practices and slow therapeutic movements diminish the activation of the sympathetic nervous system and help us more readily engage parasympathetic nervous systems.

An invitation to move into stillness, to access our quiet, introspective qualities and be reunited with the intelligence of the body to rest, release, and heal.
