Join Irene Doherty for her signature translation of Ancient India’s gift to the world. This all-levels hatha/vinyasa styled class is about moving Prana, life force energy. The focus is on opening the three fundamental nadis, energy meridians in the body, while also tuning to the cycles of nature and the five elements. Practice includes movement, postures, breath exercises, mantra (sound) and mudra (energetic hand seals) to tap into our innate healing abilities. The intention of this class is to help students increase self-awareness and cleanse their nervous system for optimal function and health. This class is a moving meditation, guiding us towards our individual truths and the oneness that is yoga.
