The evening companion to Irene Doherty’s Pranic Flow, this class honors the winding down of the day and preparation for rest. The focus is on opening the three fundamental nadis, energy meridians in the body, while also tuning to the cycles of nature and the five elements. Practice includes slow, gently dynamic vinyasa paired with stillness in restorative postures. Using specific pranayama and mantra practices we dance with our life force energy to open the gateway that leads us beyond polarization. This class is designed to slow us down and draw us into a deep meditative space making it ideal for all levels of students.

While resting at the end of class you will be serenaded with the vibrations of an earth gong.
