A strong athletic, fun and dynamic Vinyasa Yoga class with flowing movements coordinated with mindful breaths. We’ll explore traditional yoga sequences and feel-good stretches. 

Heidi offers lots of options including advanced postures so that each person can ‘choose their own adventure’ while connecting, protecting and healing individual body, mind and spirit.
