Join us Thursday mornings to explore the basics of yoga in both theory and practice. This class is ideal for beginner students and those wishing to refine and remember their roots. Alignment based instruction and posture variations are offered to make space for all body types and conditions. Multi-level modifications are also presented to help each student discover their own relationship with their bodies.  After movement, breath work and rest, class comes together for a seated Shamata (peaceful abiding) Meditation practice. Instruction and touch points are given to help students return to focus calm the mind waves in preparation for the day ahead.
