Guided by Jenna Pfingston and Jacqueline Allen, this intimate retreat weaves together ceremony, cacao, movement, primal embodiment practices, song, and inspired shamanic journeys, all supported by the energy of the new moon.

Rooted in the wisdom of the animal body, we will move with the spirit of the elk, eagle, wild turkey, and whale… remembering belonging, releasing fear, awakening vision, and dropping into the deep waters within.

Together, we move, rest, listen, and reconnect.
