This class incorporates floor postures, gentle flow, breathwork, meditation and chanting to help participants find calm, balance, mobility, strength and connection to self and others. Carolyn brings decades of experience as a practicing yogi and a trauma-informed dance-movement therapist. She believes that cultivating compassion for self while practicing in a non-judging environment is a key component of the yoga experience. Verbal cues and modifications are offered throughout the class. ALL are welcome!
