Tracking the Ball Clinic

Stop hitting the sides of your paddle - control comes with hitting the sweet spot.   This clinic is a training on how to "watch the ball" better - learning to track the ball all the way to the paddle and then keeping our head still through contact.  We will do various drills to improve these skills.  Highly recommend doing several clinics to drill enough to improve your ball tracking.
